Trips built around veterans

Every outing is planned start to finish — the where, the when, the gear, the guidance. Veterans just show up ready for a good day outside. Here is what we run.

Hunting trips

Michigan seasons offer some of the best hunting in the country, and we work to put veterans in the middle of it. Trips are matched to experience level, with mentorship for first-timers and good company for old hands.

Fishing outings

Rivers, inland lakes, and the Great Lakes themselves. Casting, trolling, or just holding a rod while the morning burns off — fishing trips are our most requested outings for a reason.

Sightseeing & nature excursions

Scenic drives, waterfalls, trails, and quiet country. These trips are for every veteran — including those who are not looking to hunt or fish, but need time outside all the same.

Camaraderie, always

The real program running underneath every trip. Meals together, truck rides, campfire time — the connection between veterans is the part that keeps working long after the trip ends.

How it works

From first contact to first light

  1. Reach out. A veteran, or someone on their behalf, contacts us and tells us a little about them — where they are, what sounds good, any considerations we should plan around.
  2. We plan the trip. Dates, location, gear, licenses, guidance — we handle the moving parts and stay in touch the whole way.
  3. Get outside. Show up, breathe deep, and let the day do its work. Then we start talking about the next one.
